Please review the following guidelines pertaining to your use and interaction with this site. All user supplied content, including usernames, comments, and interactions, are subject to the following guidelines and may be changed, sensored or deleted without notice in the event of guideline violations. American Retail, at it's sole discretion, evaluates on a case-by-case basis what qualifies as a violation of these guidelines. In the event of repeated violations of these guidelines, a user may be banned from owning or creating an American Retail account. Usernames:

All usernames created and registered through our website are subject to the following guidelines: (1) Usernames may not contain any obscene material , crude language or profanity of any kind, as defined by our staff. (2) Usernames may not be libelous, offensive or disengenuous, as defined by our staff. (3) Usernames that fail to meet these guidelines will be changed by American Retail if, after contact with user, there has not been a swift change by the user.

We welcome your comments on our website and encourage engagement through our blog. However, all comments are subject to the following guidelines: (1) Comments must not contain any obscene material, crude language or profanity of any kind, including links to sites containing any of the previously outlined material. (2) Comments may not be libelous, offensive, abusive or disengenuous. (3) Comments are subject to moderation by the blog administrator and may be edited or deleted without notice to ensure they are compliant with the guidelines outlined herein. (4) All comments and feedback posted to or sent through this website are and will remain the sole property of American Retail and are not confidential. (5) If you have any questions about our policies or if you believe one of your comments has been edited or deleted by mistake please contact us.

That is precisely why we strongly encourage our users to follow proper and respectful etiquette when communicating with others on this forum. While passionate discussions are welcome, and strongly encouraged, please ensure that you are kind and courteous to all users on this site, including those you disagree with. When necessary, we may moderate or delete comments if they are aggressive, violent, and/or hostile to other users on this site, or if they violate any of the guidelines discussed above. However, we sincerely hope it won't come to that. The basic principle of our etiquette policy is simple, treat others the way you would want them to treat you. Please frame your ideas and construct your comments to reflect that principle.
